Shristi Singh Shrestha is an animal rights and environmental rights activist. Shristi is a firm believer that climate justice should be the main theme of all dialogues that inculcate human rights issues. She understands that any social movement is incomplete without the incorporation of environmental aspects and, thus, works every day to create awareness towards establishing sustainable development practices.
Shristi is associated with Animal Nepal and Jane Goodall Institute Nepal, two organizations that are dedicated to promoting animal welfare and environmental conservation. Through her involvement with these organizations, She has gained a deep understanding of the issues that are facing our planet today, and she is committed to finding solutions that will help protect our natural environment for future generations.
She is actively involved in various campaigns to protect the natural environment through People’s Alliance for Nature Nepal. She believes that it is crucial to raise awareness about the issues that are affecting our planet and that we need to take action now to address these issues. Shristi's campaigns focus on creating sustainable development practices, reducing our carbon footprint, and promoting responsible consumption and production.
