I am currently a Postdoctoral researcher in Remote Sensing and GIS at Trinity College Dublin. My research focuses on using advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to study the impacts of management practices on peatland ecosystems, with a focus on understanding ecosystem functioning and Carbon and Greenhouse Gas (C/GHG) emissions. My research interests include spatial machine learning, land use land cover change analysis, geo hydro-informatics, multi-hazard and vulnerability risk assessment, climate change, spatial data science, and urban growth analysis. In addition to my research, I also serve as a Teaching fellow for various GIS and remote sensing courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
